About the role
You will own the end-to-end management of a demanding portfolio of live content creators, acting as the primary strategist and operator for their success. This role requires you to drive creator performance against strict contractual and revenue targets while ensuring brand consistency across every live session. You will serve as the critical bridge between creator talent and internal production, aligning on run-of-show details and execution excellence. You will translate complex performance data into clear, actionable coaching that keeps creators on a path of continuous improvement. This position demands a high level of ownership where you proactively identify risks and drive resolution before issues impact the live schedule. You will be responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of the live production pipeline from scheduling to post-stream analysis. Ultimately, you will be the accountability partner that ensures our creator network delivers predictable, high-quality content on brand and on time.

What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of up to 25 live creators and serve as their main operational point of contact for strategic and logistical matters.
- Lead bi-weekly 30-minute performance and planning calls for each creator to review results and set agendas for upcoming live streams.
- Prepare a detailed run-of-show for each weekly live stream and align creators in advance to eliminate execution gaps.
- Monitor streams in real time, handling chat support, enforcing quality checks, and ensuring sponsored product integration is flawless.
- Deliver structured post-stream recaps with performance feedback and optimization notes to drive iterative improvements.
- Track streaming commitments and contract compliance across all 25 creators to ensure adherence to contractual terms.
- Monitor engagement metrics and identify underperformance trends early to initiate timely corrective actions.
- Manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously without losing quality or detail while operating within a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain structured dashboards and a consistent reporting cadence to provide clear visibility into portfolio health.
- Operate within a standardized production framework and contribute insights to refine and improve it over time.
Requirements
- You have 2-4 years of experience in account management, creator management, or digital operations, ideally within an agency setting where live commerce is practiced.
- You have hands-on experience supporting live streaming or digital content programs, demonstrating an understanding of the pace, preparation, and discipline required to execute in real time.
- Your English is fluent, and you write clearly while communicating confidently in client-facing conversations entirely in English across all touchpoints.
- You have managed multiple accounts or clients concurrently, proving you have a real system for keeping everything organized, on schedule, and on track without oversight.
- You are the person who follows up before being asked, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks on your watch regardless of workload complexity.
- You are comfortable reading performance data and converting raw metrics into clear, actionable next steps for creators and stakeholders.
- You possess a strong sense of operational discipline, maintaining structured workflows and documentation that support transparency and decision-making.
- Bonus if you have direct experience managing content creators or working with live commerce platforms such as TikTok Live, Amazon Live, Instagram Live, or similar environments.

Most of Mexico falls under UTC-6, with the Sonora region using UTC-7. The role operates primarily on EST hours (9 AM-5 PM EST), which aligns with local business hours in Mexico City and surrounding regions.
Hours
This is a full-time role with standard business hours. Some evening availability is required up to 8 PM PST to support live events and creator needs across time zones.
