You will act as the initial point of contact for a diverse portfolio of dental practice prospects across Canada, setting the tone for every future interaction. You will leverage email, phone, and innovative outbound channels to generate interest and build awareness for the Dandy platform. Every call and message you send will be tracked meticulously in Salesforce and related tools to ensure data accuracy and process discipline. You will skillfully navigate objections, clearly articulate the Dandy value proposition, and guide prospects through the early stages of the sales journey. Collaboration will be central to your success as you partner closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. You will play a key role in helping the team meet ambitious high-level KPIs and revenue targets through consistent and intelligent outreach. What you'll do
- Initiate contact with a broad spectrum of dental practices to introduce Dandy's modern solutions.
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using email, telephone, and emerging digital platforms to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain precise records of every interaction in Salesforce and associated sales software to support forecasting and analysis.
- Present Dandy's value proposition in a clear and compelling manner to overcome initial skepticism and resistance.
- Navigate complex sales objections by listening actively and responding with tailored solutions that address specific pain points.
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership to understand priorities and align your activities with overarching revenue goals.
- Coordinate handoffs with Account Executives to ensure prospects receive a consistent and professional experience.
- Absorb new sales methodologies and training content quickly to ramp up efficiency and effectiveness in a short timeframe.
- Operate effectively within a hybrid schedule, balancing remote workdays with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- Utilize existing sales tools while showing curiosity and initiative to adopt new tools that enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Track and analyze your performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by testing new outreach techniques and sharing successful strategies with the team.
- Support the development of the go-to-market function by providing feedback from the field to refine messaging and positioning.
- Demonstrate reliability and ownership by meeting deadlines and following through on commitments to stakeholders.
Requirements
- You are fluent in both French and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with a wide range of dental professionals.
- You bring 1+ years of professional sales experience, preferably within a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
- You have a background in cold calling, with experience targeting small and medium-sized businesses being a significant advantage.
- You are committed to continuous improvement and actively seek out new sales concepts through rigorous training and self-development.
- You possess the ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly without direct supervision.
- You have hands-on experience with standard sales tools and a demonstrated desire to learn and implement new tools.
- You maintain an overall track record of professional and academic success that reflects reliability and competence.
