What you'll do
Analyze and decompose business and learning requirements into robust technical solutions that drive measurable improvements in user outcomes.
Design and implement object oriented systems using languages such as C++, C#, or Java while adhering to strict coding standards and best practices.
Develop and maintain user interfaces that deliver intuitive, accessible, and responsive experiences for a diverse global user base.
Implement and optimize distributed systems components to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance across cloud environments.
Write and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end to end tests, to safeguard product quality and accelerate delivery.
Collaborate closely with technical product managers, UX designers, and test developers to refine product specifications and validate solutions.
Investigate and integrate appropriate artificial intelligence tools to enhance learning experiences and streamline development workflows.
Partner with data teams to instrument applications, analyze usage patterns, and use insights to inform product decisions and prioritize improvements.
Maintain and evolve existing codebases, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Take ownership of your work from conception through deployment, participating in code reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across teams to support onboarding and long term maintainability.
Experiment with emerging technologies in the learning and education space to prototype new features and validate ideas through user feedback.
Support the full software development lifecycle, including requirements grooming, estimation, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
Champion quality and reliability by identifying edge cases, defining clear acceptance criteria, and validating releases before launch.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field completed in 2025.
Demonstrated proficiency in object oriented programming with at least one language such as C++, C#, or Java.
Strong grasp of core computer science concepts including data structures, algorithms, database systems, and distributed computing.
Solid understanding of software development practices, including version control, debugging, testing, and code quality.
Experience working on software development projects, ideally within a technology driven company or related internship roles.
Ability to analyze ambiguous problems, ask clarifying questions, and propose practical technical approaches.
Willingness to learn new frameworks, libraries, and tools quickly while adhering to established coding conventions and standards.
Eligibility to work in the country of assignment and compliance with any required employment authorization or visa requirements.
Nice to have

Practical notes
This role operates in a hybrid work model with an expectation of 3 days per week in the office.
Employment is permanent with a start date aligned with graduation in 2025.
