Primary Responsibilities
You will steer renewals by mapping health signals and aligning timelines with contract terms for assigned campuses. This includes owning the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring timely execution and adherence to contractual conditions. You will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by understanding customer goals and unmet needs. Developing proposals and closing expansion deals will be part of your effort to contribute to overall revenue growth.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across multiple levels of the client organization will be essential. You will create and execute engagement plans that include regular executive touchpoints and strategic discussions. Portfolio analytics will be owned by you, involving tracking usage trends, outcome metrics, and satisfaction indicators to guide strategic decisions. You will orchestrate cross-functional reviews with product, support, and success teams to surface risks and define action plans.
Guiding solution adoption is another core duty, involving the design of engagement playbooks, training agendas, and communication sequences for campus users. You will coordinate partnerships with integrators and vendors, ensuring joint plans, clear scopes, and aligned delivery expectations. The role requires championing data-driven decisions by defining dashboards, documenting insights, and presenting findings that steer account strategy.
Requirements for the Role
You must hold at least 3-5 years of experience managing complex enterprise accounts in a cloud software context. Demonstrated comfort operating across academic calendars, procurement cycles, and governance processes in higher education is necessary. An ability to interpret metrics, diagnose outcomes, and link findings to concrete next actions is required for this position.
Nice to Have and Tools
Experience working with Brightspace, LearnDash, or similar learning platforms is valued. You will use D2l, Brightspace, and Microsoft 365 as core tools in this role.
