What you'll do

You will design intake frameworks that accurately capture stakeholder needs and define clear expectations for each initiative. You will architect learning solutions by leveraging Artificial Intelligence capabilities while adhering to strict quality and accessibility benchmarks. You will evaluate deliverables and validate design decisions to ensure every release achieves standards for clarity, accuracy, and usability. You will deploy products using structured delivery cadences that synchronize cross-functional teams and manage evolving requirements. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align strategic roadmaps, eliminate barriers, and expand shared value. You will drive data-informed refinements that optimize user journeys and reinforce long-term adoption. You will guide configuration decisions that balance innovation with stability across varied customer environments. You will support continuous improvement by documenting patterns, sharing actionable insights, and enhancing team practices.

Requirements

You must possess three or more years of experience within learning, work, or a related field. You must demonstrate proficiency with Artificial Intelligence tools and apply them responsibly in operational contexts. You must communicate effectively across diverse audiences while respecting varied cultures and professional backgrounds. You must operate confidently in ambiguous situations and make sound decisions despite incomplete information.

Nice to have

Experience contributing to open source projects that enhance shared platforms is valued.
