About the role
You will own the end-to-end management of key Neurology accounts across the Pacific Northwest, driving commercial execution against strategic account plans. You will act as the primary commercial partner for key Neurology stakeholders, translating scientific value into actionable customer strategies. This role requires you to own pipeline planning, forecast accuracy, and territory performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis. You will own the full customer journey from initial engagement through to maturity and retention within your assigned cluster. You will own collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial decisions are aligned with medical and scientific insights. This position owns the responsibility for maintaining deep therapeutic knowledge and articulating differentiated product benefits to key stakeholders. You will own the proactive identification of market access barriers and work with internal teams to develop solutions that drive patient access. You will own the stewardship of Cycle Pharma brand presence in the Neurology space within your designated geography.

What you'll do
Develop and implement account plans that align with corporate objectives for Neurology key accounts in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.
Engage with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and office staff through consultative selling methods tailored to rare disease needs.
Educate HCPs on the prescribing process, product mechanisms, and value propositions of Cycle Pharmaceuticals' neurology portfolio.
Coordinate with the HUB team and patient support functions to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to support programs.
Facilitate community-based education initiatives by leveraging thought leaders and clinical data when requested by internal or external stakeholders.
Provide strategic input to Marketing and training teams regarding disease education, treatment positioning, and customer engagement tools.
Execute regional marketing programs and ensure strong medical meeting presence to reinforce key product messages and data.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs on scientific exchanges, ensuring alignment between commercial activities and medical strategy.
Maintain strict compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations, internal policies, and ethical selling standards in every customer interaction.
Develop and monitor quarterly territory business plans, analyzing performance data and adjusting tactics to close gaps and maximize potential.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field with a strong focus on neurology or rare diseases.
You have a minimum of three years of progressive pharmaceutical sales experience, with a demonstrated track record in Neurology and multiple sclerosis.
You hold a valid driver's license and are willing to undergo a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
You are legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements at this time.
You have an in-depth understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including payer dynamics, formularies, and hospital procurement processes.
You demonstrate a history of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in complex, consultative selling environments.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret market data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform strategy.
You adhere to the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and confidentiality in all interactions with customers and internal teams.
Nice to have
Prior experience with rare metabolic or immunological conditions is highly valued by the team.
Experience working with health technology solutions, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools to manage customer insights.
Practical notes
This is a remote position covering the Pacific Northwest territories, with candidates ideally based in Seattle or Portland.
Territories covered include Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.
This role operates during standard business hours with flexibility to engage customers across time zones as needed.
Travel may be required to attend key medical conferences and customer meetings within the assigned territories.
