About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for Cycle Pharmaceuticals' Specialty portfolio within a defined Mid-South US territory. This role requires you to act as a strategic partner to healthcare providers and key opinion leaders, translating complex science into clear treatment pathways. You will drive adoption of our rare disease assets by aligning education, access, and support services to customer needs. The position demands ownership of territory planning, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to execute on commercial objectives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships that influence prescribing behavior and improve patient outcomes. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the highest standards of compliance. You will leverage internal Cycle resources to support market access, launch readiness, and patient-centric programs that reinforce our brand.

What you'll do
Coordinate territory business planning by developing and executing quarterly plans that align with corporate objectives for the Mid-South region.
Engage healthcare professionals through a multi-channel approach that includes physician, nurse, and office-based selling across Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, and a portion of Georgia.
Educate key stakeholders on the prescribing process and available support services to help them identify and secure appropriate patient candidates.
Partner with the in-house HUB team and patient support functions to coordinate access, adherence, and outcomes-based initiatives.
Facilitate community-based education by collaborating with thought leaders and clinicians to reinforce disease awareness and treatment literacy.
Provide frontline input to marketing and training teams regarding diagnosis patterns, disease education, and treatment messaging for allergy and immunology platforms.
Execute localized marketing programs and ensure medical meeting presence that clearly communicates product value and key messages to target audiences.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs on scientific and educational initiatives that support product positioning and uptake in real-world settings.
Maintain strict adherence to corporate compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions and documentation.
Leverage CRM and sales analytics tools to track activity, forecast performance, and identify opportunities for pipeline growth in the rare disease space.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
You must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to maintain reliable personal transportation for regional travel.
Eligibility for this role requires the ability to obtain and maintain any necessary professional licenses or registrations as dictated by state regulations.
You must have the legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements for this position.
Relocation to the Nashville area is required within a defined timeframe to ensure successful onboarding and integration.
Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in pharmaceutical or specialty pharmacy sales.
Experience in allergy and immunology therapeutic areas is mandatory given the current portfolio focus.
You must have a history of exceeding performance metrics and managing complex key account portfolios in a regulated environment.
Strong ethical judgment and compliance awareness are non-negotiable given the sensitive nature of rare disease treatments and patient data.
Nice to have
Prior experience with rare metabolic, immunological, or neurological genetic conditions is preferred.
Familiarity with cutting-edge drug delivery technologies and platform-based treatments is advantageous.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on market access, product launches, and patient services initiatives.
Background in coordinating support for HCPs and patients through in-house HUB and advocacy programs.
Practical notes
This is a remote position with candidates ideally based in Nashville or Knoxville and located near the airport to facilitate travel.
Travel requirements include periodic in-person visits across the territory to meet with customers and support field activities.
