About the role
You will drive adoption of Cycle Pharmaceuticals leading rare disease therapies across hematology and oncology by engaging with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff through face-to-face and virtual channels in a meaningful way. You will build awareness of rare disease conditions, therapeutic solutions, and the individualized support services available through Cycle Vita to ensure stakeholders understand the full value proposition. You will educate providers on prescribing pathways and work closely with our HUB team to streamline patient access to treatments and remove barriers efficiently. You will identify, engage, and partner with key opinion leaders to support peer-to-peer education and community outreach that strengthens clinical trust. You will lead territory-level execution of new product launches and marketing strategies to maximize reach and impact within your assigned markets consistently. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Field Leadership to align on strategy and incorporate field insights into planning. You will ensure accurate CRM documentation, maintain compliance, and develop and deliver quarterly business plans tailored to your market dynamics and evolving needs.

Ensure accurate CRM documentation, maintain compliance, and develop and deliver quarterly business plans tailored to your market dynamics.
Provide timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline updates to support strategic decision-making at the regional level.
Act as the primary Cycle Pharmaceuticals point of contact for key accounts within your territory to ensure consistent relationship management.
Champion the patient-first messaging that Every Single Patient Matters through tailored education and support activities.
Leverage emerging data and market insights to refine account plans and optimize selling efforts continuously.
Support health economics and outcomes research activities where relevant to demonstrate therapy value to stakeholders.
Represent Cycle Pharmaceuticals professionally at conferences, symposias, and local stakeholder meetings within your territory.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products, pricing trends, and reimbursement changes affecting your markets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in haematology, oncology, and/or rare disease markets required.
Proven successful field-based sales experience in biopharmaceuticals.
Proven ability to meet/exceed performance goals in previous roles.
Collaborative, ethical, and proactive team player who aligns with company values.
Strong communication and CRM/data skills to manage complex account information.
Willingness to travel up to 70% and adapt to varying schedules across multiple territories.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for travel and logistics coordination.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across remote and field-based responsibilities.
Commitment to compliance, data integrity, and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
Readiness to engage in continuous learning regarding therapies, regulations, and market access issues.
Practical notes
This is a full-time position working within our Sales team, requiring up to 70% travel. Candidates must live in Colorado and be local to the nearest airport to support the travel demands of this role. The position offers a salary range of $180,000 - $200,000 depending on experience, plus a sales incentive bonus plan. There are no specific hours outlined beyond standard full-time expectations, and no visa sponsorship is indicated for this role. The successful candidate will play a foundational role in supporting Cycle Pharmaceuticals' expansion into new therapeutic areas while advancing the company's mission that Every Single Patient Matters.
