Curri is seeking a Service Operations Representative to join our Customer Operations Team based in Ventura, CA. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of construction and industrial supplies through our logistics platform. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery process from initial booking to final drop-off, providing support to both customers and drivers, and helping to optimize operational workflows. What you'll do
- Manage the entire delivery lifecycle, from initial booking to successful completion of the drop-off, ensuring all steps are executed efficiently and accurately.
- Provide top-tier support to customers and drivers via chat and phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Communicate proactively with pickup and drop-off contacts to coordinate delivery schedules, confirm details, and troubleshoot any logistical challenges that may arise.
- Collect operational feedback from drivers and customers to identify pain points and areas for process improvement, contributing to ongoing logistics optimization.
- Assist in resolving delivery issues promptly by analyzing problems, coordinating with relevant teams, and implementing solutions to minimize delays.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine operational procedures, ensuring the delivery process remains efficient and customer-focused.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of delivery statuses, customer interactions, and operational feedback in company systems.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members, sharing best practices and operational knowledge to foster a cohesive team environment.
- Contribute to the development of operational strategies that enhance service quality, reduce inefficiencies, and support company growth initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions to share insights, report on key metrics, and help shape the future direction of the customer operations team.
- Stay informed about company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of service.
- Assist with special projects or initiatives as assigned by management to support overall business objectives.
