About the role
You will own the technical and commercial success of the sales cycle within the APAC region, acting as the primary subject matter expert for regulatory intelligence solutions. You will translate complex regulatory challenges into clear, compelling business value for financial institutions across Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and Australia. This role requires you to uncover customer requirements and map them precisely to CUBE's product capabilities during every engagement. You will lead high-stakes product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and workshops that address security, integration, and architecture concerns. As a trusted advisor, you will build strong relationships and bridge the gap between technical solution design and specific customer challenges. You will own functional RFP responses, ensuring they deliver high-quality, contextual value statements aligned to APAC requirements and client expectations. You will also support proof-of-concept activities and technical evaluations, gathering and communicating market feedback directly to product teams.

- Undertake detailed qualification and discovery conversations with prospects across diverse APAC markets to uncover critical compliance needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to specific prospect use cases and regional regulatory requirements, highlighting practical implementation scenarios.
- Answer technical questions and explain implementation approaches while carefully considering regional infrastructure and data residency constraints.
- Build deep product expertise across CUBE capabilities and integrations, focusing specifically on the nuances of APAC client needs and expectations.
- Maintain meaningful contextual knowledge of regional compliance processes, regulatory frameworks, and evolving industry trends across key financial hubs.
- Own functional RFP responses, delivering high quality, contextual value statements that are precisely aligned to APAC requirements and decision criteria.
- Support proof-of-concept activities and technical evaluations for prospects across the region, ensuring clarity and alignment with client objectives.
- Develop advanced skills in customer engagement and solution design within a multi-cultural, geographically distributed environment.
- Maintain demonstration environments and pre-sales technical content that remains relevant to current APAC use cases and market conditions.
- Gather and communicate actionable customer feedback from the APAC market to internal product teams for continuous improvement.
- Ensure smooth handover of technical requirements to delivery teams, including coordination across time zones to prevent delays or misalignment.
- Act as the primary technical liaison during the sales process, ensuring that solution proposals are accurate, feasible, and aligned with client constraints.
- Collaborate closely with account executives to develop strategic approaches that address both regulatory and business pressures faced by clients.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales materials, ensuring they reflect the latest product capabilities and regional insights.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of financial services compliance topics, regulations, and trends across APAC jurisdictions, enabling peer-to-peer conversations with Compliance professionals.
- Maintains high standards of quality, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all deliverables, communications, and technical documentation.
- Communicates clearly and builds productive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers across diverse cultural and geographic contexts.
- Analyses complex problems, evaluates multiple options, and implements effective solutions that align with regulatory and business needs.
