What you'll do

Lead the development and execution of a Technical Studies Business Plan that defines clear goals and benchmarks for both short- and long-term growth.

Provide expert technical leadership for specialized studies including Air Quality modeling, Health Risk Assessments, GHG inventories, Energy analysis, and Noise/Vibration assessments.

Prepare, review, and finalize technical studies, reports, and environmental documents in strict compliance with CEQA, NEPA, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Manage the budget, financial performance, and workload distribution for the Technical Studies team to ensure targets are met efficiently.

Conduct detailed technical modeling using software tools such as CalEEMod, EMFAC, AERMOD, HARP, TNM, SoundPLAN, RCNM, and CadnaA.

Oversee the quality control and peer review process for all technical deliverables to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.
