Translate complex anime IP narratives into structured, lifecycle-driven messaging that guides fan action.
Develop and manage the regional CRM campaign calendar aligned with major anime moments and catalog initiatives.
Implement advanced segmentation and behavioral triggers to drive timely, relevant cross-channel engagement.
Analyze performance metrics to generate actionable insights that refine targeting and creative execution.
Design and deliver multi-channel journeys spanning email, push, in-app, and applicable regional channels such as WhatsApp.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to adapt content, timing, and offers for distinct European audiences.
Maintain compliance with regional privacy regulations and data governance standards across all campaigns.
Champion a test-and-learn culture by running weekly experiments and scaling successful engagement strategies.
Partner with analytics and data teams to ensure accurate measurement, reporting, and continuous optimization of CRM funnels.
Leverage storytelling skills to differentiate Crunchyroll experiences and strengthen emotional connections with subscribers.
Support the evaluation and rollout of new tools or enhancements to improve CRM efficiency and scalability.
Identify opportunities in the catalog to increase discovery and retention through targeted, data-informed campaigns.
Represent the Lifecycle Marketing team in cross-functional discussions to align CRM strategy with broader business objectives.

Requirements
Demonstrated experience of 8+ years in CRM, retention, or subscriber engagement marketing, ideally within streaming, digital subscription, gaming, e-commerce, or entertainment.
Proficiency with Braze or comparable orchestration platforms is shown, focusing on campaign planning, execution, segmentation, triggers, and multi-channel delivery.
Deep understanding of European consumer behaviors, digital marketing platforms, and messaging ecosystems is required, including WhatsApp where applicable, within privacy-first environments.
Strong creative acumen and storytelling ability enable the translation of intellectual property into fan-first messaging that builds emotional connection and drives action.
Solid analytical skills are used to interpret performance data, develop insights, and apply them to targeting and creative optimizations.
Experience collaborating across regional and global teams is necessary in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
A passion for anime, entertainment, or fan-first brands is highly valued.
Additional proficiency in relevant regional languages is a plus.
