This position is central to equipping our sales and customer-facing teams with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in a complex enterprise environment. You will architect and execute enablement programs that deepen product comprehension and directly influence revenue generation. The role requires a strategic partnership with revenue leadership to translate business objectives into actionable learning experiences. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement initiatives, from discovery and design through delivery and measurement. A key part of this position involves demystifying intricate technical concepts for diverse audiences. You will act as a critical liaison between product development and go-to-market execution. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to drive measurable improvements in sales productivity and win rates. You will foster a culture of continuous learning and data-driven improvement within the revenue organization.

What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with sales and customer success stakeholders to identify specific knowledge gaps and performance barriers.
- Design and produce a diverse array of learning assets, including interactive workshops, detailed playbooks, reference guides, and engaging e-learning modules.
- Develop comprehensive onboarding curricula for new sales and solutions engineering hires to accelerate time to productivity.
- Create precise and accessible documentation that outlines Cribl's entire product suite, including Cribl Stream, Cribl Edge, Cribl Search, Cribl Lake, Cribl.Cloud, Cribl Apps, Cribl AI Insights, and related solutions.
- Author dynamic sales playbooks and battle cards that equip teams with actionable strategies for various customer profiles and competitive scenarios.
- Implement robust methods to track the impact of enablement efforts on key performance indicators such as deal velocity, win rate, and average deal size.
- Synthesize feedback from frontline teams and performance analytics to continuously refine and iterate on existing training programs.
- Orchestrate collaborative sessions with product marketing and sales leadership to align messaging frameworks and refine go-to-market approaches.
- Establish a centralized knowledge hub that ensures all revenue-facing materials are current, governed, and easily accessible to the appropriate teams.
- Champion the adoption of best practices across the sales cycle, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 5 years of cumulative experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or a closely related discipline within a technology-focused organization.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and delivering compelling training content that resonates with both technical engineers and business-focused decision-makers.
- Possess a solid understanding of SaaS sales methodologies and the ability to map the entire customer journey within the sales funnel.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or another relevant field of study.
- Show a history of leveraging data and feedback loops to inform enablement strategy and validate program effectiveness.
- Exhibit strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive company information and strategic initiatives.
- Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
- Communicate effectively in a professional written and verbal manner, with a clear and concise style.

- Apply prior experience working with observability platforms or complex data management solutions to contextualize product discussions.
- Leverage familiarity with AI concepts and emerging applications of artificial intelligence within enterprise software environments.
