About the role
This role is centered on scaling the success of Tier 2 and 3 educational and industry partners by managing a portfolio of 40 plus accounts. You will own the end-to-end journey of these partnerships, driving both revenue and deep engagement over the long term. The focus is on guiding partners from their initial launch all the way through sophisticated, long-term content portfolio management. You will act as a strategic steward, ensuring that each partner's goals are met with consistent execution and insight. The position demands a balance of proactive growth initiatives and careful retention efforts across a diverse client base. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to turn strategic plans into measurable outcomes for the partner ecosystem. You will be the central point of coordination that ensures partners see tangible value from their relationship with Coursera.

What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth analysis of partner performance to uncover trends and opportunities for expansion within your portfolio of 40 plus accounts.
- Architect and manage scalable account management processes that standardize workflows and elevate efficiency across the entire partner group.
- Serve as the primary liaison during cross-functional initiatives, coordinating closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to shepherd content launches from concept to execution.
- Facilitate comprehensive annual business reviews that synthesize feedback and data to identify clear expansion opportunities and robust retention strategies.
- Translate complex platform data into concise, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that help partners optimize their content performance and learner engagement.
- Diagnose operational hurdles as they arise and deliver precise troubleshooting support, ensuring minimal disruption to partner workflows and learner experiences.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs that equip partners with the skills to fully utilize platform features and strategic tools.
- Monitor the full partner journey to identify friction points and advocate for improvements that enhance onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at each partner organization to align goals and drive mutual success.
- Maintain rigorous documentation of all partner interactions, decisions, and outcomes to ensure continuity and enable strategic planning.
- Identify gaps in partner capabilities and develop tailored enablement initiatives that empower teams to achieve their objectives.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide frontline feedback that informs the evolution of platform features and partner tools.
- Establish clear performance metrics and reporting cadences to track progress and demonstrate the impact of account management efforts.
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them navigate content selection, sequencing, and integration for maximum impact.
Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in partner success, account management, or closely related fields, with a preference for backgrounds in edtech or B2C environments.
- Demonstrate proven project management ability, specifically regarding complex content launches and seamless cross-functional coordination.
- Exhibit strong communication and relationship-building skills that enable you to connect with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Show proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and advanced data management tools that support insight generation.
- Commit to working from the designated office location in India on a full-time basis as required by the role.
- Ensure that all application materials and professional history provided are accurate and verifiable.
- Maintain the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
