About the role
The Enterprise General Manager requires a strategic partner to drive alignment and transformation across the organization. This role focuses on building connective systems and executing long-term priorities to support the company as it scales. You will act as a critical extension of the Enterprise General Manager, synthesizing complex information and translating it into actionable plans. The position demands a high level of ownership over cross-functional initiatives that shape the future direction of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring that strategy is not just documented but actively implemented across the enterprise. What you'll do
- Partner with Finance, HR, and EA functions to construct, analyze, and implement 2-3 year strategic plans that align with enterprise objectives.
- Architect and manage operating models that reconcile the need for scale with the necessity of organizational agility.
- Synthesize market dynamics and internal business goals to deliver strategic advice that informs Enterprise GM decision-making.
- Orchestrate complex organizational changes, overseeing structural adjustments, process redesign, and implementation workflows.
- Coordinate executive-level discussions to achieve consensus on resource allocation and strategic sequencing.
- Correlate data streams across business units to illuminate enterprise-level insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Mobilize senior management teams by cultivating trusted relationships that enable the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend adjustments to business processes to enhance operational excellence and organizational design.
- Navigate ambiguous environments by identifying core issues and developing frameworks for executive-level problem solving.
- Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with VP-level stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
- Monitor the progress of large-scale transformation efforts, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization.
- Translate abstract business strategies into concrete, actionable plans that can be executed across functions.
- Act as a thought partner to leadership, challenging assumptions and refining strategic approaches over time.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to break down silos and enable cohesive execution at the enterprise level.
Requirements
- Bring a minimum of 15 years of cumulative experience in strategy, business management, or executive advisory roles.
- Demonstrate a deep background in B2B revenue organizations, with a focus on Go-To-Market, Sales, or Revenue Operations.
- Show a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-year transformation projects from conception to completion.
- Exhibit a history of influencing executive-level decisions and thriving in environments with high ambiguity.
- Highlight expertise in operational excellence methodologies and organizational design principles.
- Illustrate the ability to manage high-stakes relationships and communicate effectively with VP-level stakeholders.
- Provide evidence of strong judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive corporate initiatives.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic, and often uncertain business contexts.
Nice to have
- Hold an MBA or equivalent advanced degree that provides rigorous business training.
- Have direct experience managing a global organization with 30 or more direct reports.
- Show a history of P&L ownership, including setting targets, managing performance, and driving profitability.
- Demonstrate prior experience acting as an interim executive leader during periods of transition or restructuring.
- Highlight a background in delivering company-wide transformations as a cross-functional leader.
