What you'll do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of current and emerging warfare trends, focusing on both conventional and unconventional threats.
• Collaborate with military personnel and other analysts to gather intelligence and assess the operational environment.
• Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of military strategies and operations.
• Participate in war-gaming exercises and simulations to test and refine operational plans and strategies.
• Monitor geopolitical developments and assess their potential impact on national security and military operations.
• Provide expert advice on the integration of new technologies and tactics into existing military frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Political Science, International Relations, or Military Studies; advanced degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in military analysis, defense strategy, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of military operations, defense policy, and strategic planning processes.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and software commonly used in warfare analysis, such as GIS and data visualization platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
