Who You Are

You are passionate about using AI to reshape physical security and operational safety. You care deeply about craftsmanship, clarity, and delivering work that creates real value. What You Will Do

You will define video security behavior through AI, owning the complete journey from intake to deployment. Your responsibilities include designing intake workflows that normalize messy camera feeds and sensor streams into structured, usable data. You will shape the build phase by wiring AI models into scalable pipelines that handle edge cases reliably.

You will champion rigorous review practices that catch errors early and maintain consistently high alert quality. You will drive ship routines that coordinate releases, observability checks, and safe, controlled rollouts. You will forge strong partnerships with operations teams to ensure product direction aligns with real-world site demands.

You will guide integration patterns so that new customers can onboard quickly and existing users remain productive. You will own experiments that test alert accuracy, measure tangible outcomes, and directly inform product refinements. You will maintain architecture guardrails that balance performance, reliability, and evolving security requirements.

Requirements

You bring three or more years of experience building production systems or equivalent practical background. You possess hands-on experience with computer vision models or AI services deployed in operational environments. You understand how data moves through systems, including queues, storage layers, and APIs.

You are comfortable working with cloud infrastructure and modern software delivery practices. You read and write code at a professional level, utilizing tools that enable rapid iteration and high-quality output. You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across global regions.

Nice to Have

Experience in physical security, operations, or monitoring platforms is beneficial but not mandatory.

Skills & Tools

Proficiency with Coram Cloud, Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP is expected.
