About the role
The Product Marketing Manager at Coram Ai owns the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for our core product suite, acting as the critical bridge between product, sales, and customers. You will own the creation of all customer-facing narratives, ensuring that our story resonates clearly across every touchpoint from discovery to conversion. The role requires building and sustaining a robust competitive intelligence practice that continuously informs our positioning and messaging in a dynamic market landscape. You will partner closely with the product leadership team to translate complex product roadmaps into compelling customer outcomes and adoption drivers. - Take ownership of the end-to-end product marketing function, acting as the strategic and operational lead for all go-to-market initiatives.

- Translate intricate product features into clear, differentiated customer value propositions that speak directly to stakeholder pain points.
- Spearhead the development of battlecards, sales playbooks, and competitor displacement campaigns that equip the revenue team with decisive advantages.
- Orchestrate cross-functional campaign development, aligning product launches with marketing and sales activities to maximize impact and conversion.
- Create a consistent stream of GTM materials, including web content, executive presentations, case studies, and sales collateral that reinforce our market position.
- Leverage AI and automation technologies to enhance research workflows, content production, and data analysis while upholding rigorous standards for accuracy.
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality controls for all messaging and creative output to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand integrity.
- Analyze campaign performance and market feedback to iteratively refine messaging frameworks and improve targeting across segments.
- Serve as the primary content authority for the product organization, responsible for the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of all external communications.
- Mentor and collaborate with sales and customer success teams on best practices for messaging and objection handling based on market insights.
- Drive the readiness process for new product releases, ensuring that all go-to-market assets are prepared and stakeholders are aligned for launch.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and a unified approach to market entry strategies.
- Utilize strategic storytelling to humanize our technology and demonstrate the tangible impact of our solutions in the customer environment.

Requirements
- Bring a minimum of five years of dedicated Product Marketing experience within the B2B SaaS sector, demonstrating a consistent track record of execution.
- Possess prior experience supporting go-to-market initiatives for the US market, with an understanding of the unique dynamics and buyer expectations.
- Thrive in high-agency, 0 to 1 environments where you have previously built or significantly scaled product marketing programs from the ground up.
- Exhibit deep expertise in competitive intelligence gathering, analysis, and the creation of battlecards that drive sales outcomes.
- Show a proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of product releases, from initial concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Demonstrate mastery in crafting messaging, positioning frameworks, and sales enablement tools that cut through market noise.
- Maintain an exceptional attention to detail, with a relentless commitment to quality in every piece of content and every customer interaction.
- Possess strong visual judgment and design sense, enabling you to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Have hands-on experience with LLMs and a range of AI productivity tools, using them to augment research and streamline processes effectively.
- Apply sound judgment to determine when human insight is essential, ensuring that creative output maintains originality and depth.
- Communicate with exceptional clarity and professionalism in English, both in written documents and verbal discussions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, including engineering, sales, and customer success, to achieve shared goals.
