You will own the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closed-won, driving net new business in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. This position requires hustle, ownership, and a relentless focus on generating and converting qualified pipeline. You will craft and deliver compelling, platform-led demos that clearly communicate the value of AI-driven video security. Collaboration will be constant as you work alongside product and engineering to refine messaging and solution fit. You will consistently prospect across new verticals and accounts, expanding our reach into diverse and strategic customer segments. Success in this role is defined by your ability to self-source opportunities and persistently close deals against ambitious quotas. You will play a hands-on role in shaping our go-to-market strategy by providing frontline feedback from the market.

What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end sales process, encompassing prospecting, pipeline development, stakeholder management, and deal closure for net new accounts.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets through disciplined execution and proactive pipeline management.
- Generate high-quality leads by leveraging strategic prospecting techniques and creative outreach initiatives.
- Conduct cold calls and targeted email sequences aimed at identified ICP accounts, personalizing messaging to secure qualified demo appointments.
- Become a deep expert on the Coram AI platform, enabling you to independently deliver persuasive, solution-focused demonstrations to prospective buyers.
- Utilize advanced sales intelligence tools to research accounts, surface in-market opportunities, and maintain precise, data-driven records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with economic buyers and technical influencers across diverse customer organizations.
- Articulate the tangible business value and ROI of Coram AI's computer vision and multimodal AI capabilities to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop battle-tested playbooks, refine value propositions, and optimize conversion rates.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguity-tolerant environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability on a daily basis.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the company by sharing actionable insights from customer interactions and competitive dynamics.
- Represent Coram AI with professionalism and integrity in all external engagements, reinforcing our mission-driven brand.
Requirements
- Hold 2+ years of full cycle B2B technical sales experience in a quota-carrying role, with prior direct-to-consumer, logistics, or physical sales experience being a significant advantage.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of self-sourcing net new accounts and building pipeline from the ground up.
- Exhibit a hunter mindset, consistently seeking out and creating opportunities rather than relying on inbound leads.
- Show excellence in pricing negotiation and the ability to clearly communicate complex product value to customers at all organizational levels.
- Display proficiency with sales intelligence and productivity tools such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Maintain a documented history of above-target performance and unwavering commitment in previous sales roles.
- Thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across org levels.
- Be capable of working onsite in a physical office location as required by the role.
Nice to have
- SDR experience prior to transitioning into an Account Executive role is highly preferred.

- Compensation details include a base salary range of $140,000 to $210,000, plus variable compensation with uncapped commission and accelerators.
- Eligibility for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance is contingent upon meeting standard employment criteria.
- Equity grants and referral bonuses are subject to company policies and individual eligibility.
- Team activities such as daily breakfasts, dinners, and off-sites are designed to support collaboration and may occur during standard work hours.
