Controller
Job description
Controller at Coram Ai.
About the role
You will own the complete accounting function end to end, serving as the second finance leader working directly with the Head of Finance to set the strategic direction of finance. You will run and review the month-end close yourself while managing the technical execution of complex accounting treatments across the full stack. You will own the buildout of the accounting team, hiring and developing talent over the next 12 to 18 months as the company scales. You will champion the integration of AI and automation into the core of the accounting process rather than treating it as an experimental side project. You will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting for a high-growth business operating across multiple entities. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to provide insights that drive smarter decisions and faster execution. You will own the oversight of external audit and ensure all statutory, tax, and specialist work is managed to the highest standards.
