About the role
You will serve as the primary external representative of Conveo, embedding with the world's best brands to ensure their success on the platform. This position requires you to own the complete client journey, transforming global organizations into strategic advocates through deep, outcome-focused partnerships. You will act as the bridge between client ambition and Conveo's AI research capabilities, ensuring their teams achieve autonomy and mastery. The role demands a high-energy partner who thrives on building trust and driving expansion without direct oversight. You will be responsible for making these elite brands wildly successful by unlocking the full potential of the Conveo platform through coaching and adoption. This is a foundational role in shaping the customer experience and growth trajectory of a hyper-growth AI company. You will actively contribute to the development of the Customer Growth function as we establish scalable playbooks for enterprise success.

What you'll do
Drive enterprise client relationships from initial onboarding through sustained expansion and renewal within your assigned portfolio.
Execute world-class onboarding programs that map specific use cases, train key stakeholders, and coach teams through their first live projects.
Champion the adoption of the platform across entire client organizations by activating individual users and cultivating internal champions.
Establish and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, including VPs and SVPs, to align on strategic business outcomes.
Conduct regular travel to client sites, recognizing that in-person engagement is essential for building authentic trust and long-term partnerships.
Generate powerful external advocacy by securing testimonials, references, and peer introductions to other leading companies in the market.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and drive expansion opportunities within your existing client accounts.
Own the end-to-end client lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction, platform mastery, and growth in usage across your portfolio of global brands.
Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring their strategic initiatives are supported by the Conveo platform.
Elevate the Conveo brand experience by demonstrating operational excellence, deep product knowledge, and exceptional service delivery.
Partner with internal teams to gather feedback and influence product improvements based on real-world enterprise usage.
Represent Conveo at industry events and client meetings, embodying the company's values of ownership, speed, and ambition.
Analyze client engagement data to identify growth opportunities, risks, and areas for increased platform adoption.
Contribute to the development of playbooks and best practices that shape the future of the Customer Growth function.
Requirements
Bring 1-5 years of relevant professional experience from consulting, SaaS customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing discipline.
Demonstrate an outgoing and energetic personality that enables you to build trust quickly with senior-level executives.
Think strategically in terms of business outcomes rather than getting lost in feature checklists or technical minutiae.
Show an intense commitment to client success, characterized by a strong fire and dedication to making partners wildly successful.
Possess a willingness to travel frequently to client locations, as this role is fundamentally relationship-focused and presence-driven.
Have a proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and drive projects forward with limited direct supervision.
Value ownership and accountability, taking full responsibility for the end-to-end client experience and results delivered.
Be prepared to relocate to San Francisco, as this position is based in the company's primary location.
Nice to have
Research experience in market research, qualitative studies, or consumer insights is a preferred qualification.
Experience working with global enterprise clients in the technology, consumer goods, or media sectors.
Familiarity with AI research platforms, video interviewing technologies, or automated data collection methods.

Client travel is an expected and essential component of the position.
The position is based in San Francisco, with hybrid working options available across offices in London, Antwerp, and New York.
