GTM Associate - Internship
Job description
About the role
You will own initiatives end-to-end within the GTM function, ensuring that critical projects move from conception to execution without friction. Each day you will build and improve the internal tools that the sales and marketing teams rely on to perform their jobs effectively. You will own the systems behind the revenue funnel, touching sales enablement, internal apps, and the operations that keep the engine running. Every week you will tackle a new problem, whether it is rebuilding how the team finds collateral or automating a recurring manual task. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that your output directly supports high-level business objectives. This role is designed for someone who wants to understand startup growth by doing the actual work, not just theorizing about it.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Build and improve internal GTM tools by designing, building, and shipping applications such as sales collateral systems, pricing tools, partner-facing pages, and product onboarding flows, often leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate delivery.
- Own sales enablement by managing the internal hub for decks, one-pagers, and sales collateral, collaborating with stakeholders up to the Head of Sales to organize, build, and maintain content that is sharp, current, and easy to locate.
- Run support and customer operations by taking ownership of the support inbox, constructing workflows, automating triage, and maintaining high response quality to ensure customers receive fast and useful answers.
- Keep the business organized behind the scenes by managing unglamorous but critical ops such as contract and document inventories, classification and gap analysis, pricing tooling, renewals, and subsidy applications.
- Research markets and competitors by mapping new verticals, tracking competitor positioning, identifying ICP patterns, and surfacing insights that sharpen sales focus and strategic direction.
- Support the GTM team in creating practical tools and processes that remove friction from the revenue cycle and allow sales and marketing to operate at higher efficiency.
- Act as a generalist operator who jumps between systems and problems, ensuring that the infrastructure behind revenue generation remains reliable and efficient.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to scope and deliver onboarding flows and internal tools that align with the company's product strategy.
- Maintain a high quality bar by reviewing outputs, auditing processes, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the standards expected by clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to a culture of ownership by taking initiative, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions that make the GTM machine run smoother.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Business, management, engineering or any other relevant degrees.
- High agency in your work, demonstrating the ability to see what needs doing and doing it without waiting for a detailed task list.
- Comfortable working with data and senior stakeholders, navigating complex information and communicating clearly at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills that allow you to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously without dropping any critical tasks.
- A builder's instinct that drives you to improve processes and tools, and a willingness to pick up new software quickly to solve problems.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift rapidly and ambiguity is common.
- A pragmatic mindset that knows when a solution needs polish and when a rough-and-fast approach is more appropriate.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM / GTM tools.
- Experience building with no-code or AI tools such as Lovable, Airtable, Zapier, or Claude.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, data, and light analytics.
