About the role
You will own the full outbound motion for Conveo, acting as the primary engine for pipeline generation and demand creation. In this role, you will identify and engage the most relevant accounts and stakeholders to build a robust and commercially valuable sales pipeline. You will be responsible for researching target organizations, crafting tailored messaging, and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns designed to spark interest and secure qualified meetings. You will serve as the first point of contact for many prospects, embodying the Conveo brand and clearly articulating the value of our AI research platform. A significant part of your success will come from owning the follow-up process, ensuring that every lead generated through events or marketing activity is nurtured effectively. You will work in close partnership with the sales and marketing teams to ensure all outbound activities are aligned with broader commercial objectives and market insights. Ultimately, your daily work will directly influence the growth and health of Conveo's customer base by converting market interest into tangible business opportunities.

Build and run outbound campaigns across target accounts, verticals, and buyer personas to drive awareness and interest in Conveo's platform.
Research companies and identify the most relevant stakeholders to engage, ensuring that outreach is directed to the appropriate decision-makers and influencers.
Create high-quality outreach copy tailored by role, industry, use case, and trigger to maximize relevance and response rates.
Develop messaging that is concise, commercial, and relevant rather than generic, clearly communicating the unique value of Conveo's AI research solutions.
Execute outreach across email, LinkedIn, sequencing tools, and other relevant channels to maintain a consistent and persistent presence.
Represent Conveo at events around the world to identify and nurture new lead opportunities, strengthening the brand presence in key markets.
Create and maintain high-quality account and contact lists aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to support focused and effective targeting.
Segment prospects by role, function, industry, geography, and priority use case to enable precise and personalized engagement strategies.
Support account prioritisation and stakeholder mapping for strategic opportunities, ensuring resources are directed where they will have the greatest impact.
Launch targeted campaigns around new product launches, content, case studies, funding events, hiring activity, market shifts, and other commercial triggers to capitalize on timely interest.
Attend relevant events, conferences, and webinars where appropriate to engage with prospects in person and build deeper relationships.
Manage structured follow-up for leads generated through events, field marketing, and content activity to ensure no opportunity is left unattended.
Ensure warm prospects are engaged quickly and effectively after every event or campaign, converting awareness into qualified meetings and momentum.
Turn interest and awareness into qualified meetings and next steps for the sales team, actively supporting their pipeline and forecasting needs.
Re-engage dormant leads and previously active opportunities, revitalizing conversations that may have gone cold over time.
Work stale pipeline systematically to surface new demand, applying creative strategies to rekindle interest where it previously existed.
Identify where prospects have gone cold and build smart follow-up campaigns to bring them back into conversation, demonstrating persistence and adaptability.
Help ensure no high-potential account is left untouched, maintaining comprehensive coverage of the target market.
Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and up to date, providing a reliable foundation for strategic decision-making and forecasting.
Track campaign performance, reply rates, meeting conversion, and funnel progression to measure the effectiveness of each initiative.
Feed insights back into sales and marketing to improve targeting, messaging, and channel performance based on real-world results.
Continuously refine campaigns based on what is and is not working, fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven optimization.
Requirements
Experience in outbound prospecting, business development, or pipeline generation is essential for this role, as you will be driving the primary growth engine.
Strong written communication and copywriting skills are required, as your messaging will directly influence prospect engagement and response.
Confidence identifying and engaging senior stakeholders is a necessary capability, as you will be reaching out to leaders and influencers within target organizations.
The ability to research accounts and tailor outreach intelligently is required, ensuring that every interaction is relevant and value-driven.
You must be highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once without compromising quality or deadlines.
Comfortable working at pace in a high-growth environment is mandatory, as Conveo operates in a fast-moving and dynamic market.
A strong sense of ownership and personal accountability is expected, as you will be responsible for the outcomes of your outreach activities.

An understanding of how AI research platforms can solve real business problems is necessary to communicate value propositions accurately.

Willingness to attend international events and travel within the London area and occasionally elsewhere in the UK is a necessary part of the role.
