About the role
You will own the full outbound motion for Conveo, acting as the primary engine for pipeline generation and market expansion. In this role, you will build and run highly targeted campaigns that translate market interest into qualified meetings for the sales team. You are responsible for researching and identifying the right accounts and stakeholders to ensure our outreach is precise and effective. You will serve as a brand ambassador for Conveo at international events, actively identifying and nurturing new lead opportunities from the ground up. This position requires you to develop messaging that is concise, commercial, and deeply relevant to specific industries and use cases. You will systematically re-engage dormant leads and manage stale pipeline to surface new demand and opportunity. Ultimately, you will ensure that no high-potential account is left untouched by maintaining rigorous follow-up and execution.

What you'll do
- Build and run outbound campaigns across target accounts, verticals, and buyer personas to drive focused market engagement.
- Research companies and identify the most relevant stakeholders to ensure outreach is directed to the appropriate decision-makers.
- Create high-quality outreach copy tailored by role, industry, use case, and trigger to maximize relevance and response rates.
- Develop messaging that is concise, commercial, and relevant rather than generic, aligning with Conveo's value proposition.
- Execute outreach across email, LinkedIn, sequencing tools, and other relevant channels to maintain a consistent presence.
- Represent Conveo at events around the world to identify and nurture new leads, capturing immediate feedback and interest.
- Create and maintain high-quality account and contact lists aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for precise targeting.
- Segment prospects by role, function, industry, geography, and priority use case to enable personalized and effective outreach.
- Support account prioritisation and stakeholder mapping for strategic opportunities to focus efforts on high-value targets.
- Launch targeted campaigns around new product launches, content, case studies, funding events, hiring activity, market shifts, and other commercial triggers.
- Attend relevant events, conferences, and webinars where appropriate to expand our network and generate awareness.
- Manage structured follow-up for leads generated through events, field marketing, and content activity to maintain momentum.
- Ensure warm prospects are engaged quickly and effectively after every event or campaign to convert interest into action.
- Turn interest and awareness into qualified meetings and next steps for the sales team, advancing opportunities efficiently.
- Re-engage dormant leads and previously active opportunities to recover potentially lost value.
- Work stale pipeline systematically to surface new demand and identify overlooked opportunities.
- Identify where prospects have gone cold and build smart follow-up campaigns to bring them back into conversation.
- Help ensure no high-potential account is left untouched by maintaining comprehensive coverage and persistent engagement.
- Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and up to date to maintain reliable forecasting and insights.
- Track campaign performance, reply rates, meeting conversion, and funnel progression to measure effectiveness.
- Feed insights back into sales and marketing to improve targeting, messaging, and channel performance over time.
- Continuously refine campaigns based on what is and is not working to optimize results and efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in outbound prospecting, business development, or pipeline generation is essential for success in this role.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills are required to craft compelling and effective outreach messages.
- Confidence identifying and engaging senior stakeholders is necessary to drive conversations at the appropriate level.
- Ability to research accounts and tailor outreach intelligently is critical for ensuring relevance and impact.
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Comfortable working at pace in a high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly and demands are high.

Practical notes
