You will be responsible for managing client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring that projects align with client expectations and Contexture's strategic goals. This position requires a blend of project management skills, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of our service offerings. What you'll do
- Lead and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to project timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all engagement-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with client needs and expectations.
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of our services and maximize their value.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Actively participate in the development of best practices and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client engagements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions and insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support new business development efforts, leveraging your knowledge of client needs and market dynamics.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in client engagement, project management, or a related role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
