What you'll do

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions that address specific business challenges.
• Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within datasets, providing actionable recommendations based on findings.

• Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding of complex data concepts.

• Participate in the development of data governance policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in data analytics to enhance the effectiveness of analytical methodologies.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from management and other departments as needed.
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving data literacy and analytical capabilities within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a healthcare or technology-focused environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R, and experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthcare data standards.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their application in data analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions such as AWS or Azure.
