What you'll do
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments.

- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from management and other departments as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within a healthcare or technology-focused environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R, and experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
