What you'll do
- Lead the strategy and execution of integration initiatives across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
- Manage a team of integration specialists, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth and enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, IT, and operations, to define integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Oversee the design and implementation of integration architectures, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Develop and maintain integration roadmaps that align with the company's strategic vision and technological advancements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within integration workflows to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor integration performance metrics and analytics to ensure optimal functionality and identify areas for enhancement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding integration projects, providing updates and addressing any concerns or challenges that arise.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data integration and security.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members and stakeholders to promote best practices in integration processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform integration strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on integration project status, challenges, and successes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in integration management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies, tools, and technologies, including APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.
- Experience leading and managing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards, particularly in healthcare or related industries.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards, including HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare technology company.
- Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) or integration technologies.
Skills & tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Proficient in integration tools and technologies, such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices in software engineering.
Practical notes
- This position is based in one of our multiple locations in Arizona, including Phoenix, Denver, or Grand Junction.
- The role may require occasional travel to meet with clients or stakeholders.
