What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with Conetec's business objectives and employee needs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across various departments.
- Design and implement innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives are relevant and impactful, providing ongoing support and resources to enhance employee performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques to engage participants effectively.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) to ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accessible to employees.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, integrating new methodologies into Conetec's training programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employees to pursue professional development opportunities and certifications.
- Prepare and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.
- Build strong relationships with external training providers and consultants to enhance Conetec's training offerings.
- Lead initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all employees feel valued and supported in their development journeys.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation for training initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Certification in Learning and Development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) or related credentials.
- Experience with virtual training platforms and remote learning strategies.
