- Lead the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and managing the selection process to attract top talent.

- Design and implement performance management systems that promote employee growth and accountability, including regular feedback and evaluation processes.

- Analyze HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make informed decisions regarding workforce planning and development.
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable workplace, fostering a culture that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards to attract and retain talent.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to support organizational growth.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation within the HR function.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CHRL) is preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Ontario, with the ability to navigate complex legal issues.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Experience with HR metrics and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a strong understanding of technology's role in enhancing HR processes.
Nice to have
- Experience in the condominium or property management sector is an asset.
- Familiarity with talent management systems and applicant tracking software.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Experience in leading organizational development initiatives.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a plus.
