What you'll do

Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design and develop AI models that address specific challenges within the condominium industry.
Assist in gathering, cleaning, and preprocessing data to ensure high-quality inputs for AI algorithms.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify potential AI applications that can enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
Conduct research on the latest AI trends and technologies to keep the team informed of advancements that could be beneficial to our projects.
Help in the development of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
Test and validate AI models to ensure they meet performance benchmarks and provide actionable insights.
Document processes and results to create comprehensive reports that can be shared with stakeholders.
Support the deployment of AI solutions into production environments, ensuring they integrate smoothly with existing systems.
Engage in regular meetings to present findings and progress updates to the team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Contribute to the development of user-friendly interfaces that allow non-technical staff to interact with AI tools effectively.
Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing existing AI systems to enhance their performance and reliability.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to further develop your skills and knowledge in AI and data science.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, particularly in the context of AI and machine learning.
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, including regression, classification, and clustering techniques.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively share ideas and findings with team members.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

Previous internship or project experience in AI, machine learning, or data analysis.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib to present data insights effectively.
Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and their applications.
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative coding projects.

Skills & tools

Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI development, particularly Python and its associated libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn).
Strong foundational knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
Familiarity with database management systems and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
Basic understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile or Scrum.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly, demonstrating a willingness to learn.
