You will own the full outbound lifecycle for new sales opportunities by identifying and engaging high potential customers within the healthcare sector. This role requires you to act as the initial point of contact for prospects, clearly articulating the value of Commure's AI-native platform and its impact on care delivery and operations. You will be responsible for researching target organizations to uncover relevant decision makers and their specific business challenges. Through consistent and confident communication, you will build trust and relationships that position Commure as a strategic partner rather than just a vendor. A core part of your daily work will involve booking qualified product demonstration meetings for Account Executives so they can focus on closing complex deals. You will persistently follow up with interested prospects, ensuring no opportunity is left dormant due to timing or oversight. This position demands ownership of the pipeline from first touch to handoff, ensuring that every interaction is documented and adds value to the overall sales motion. What you'll do
- Research and identify potential customers and relevant decision makers within target healthcare organizations using available data and industry insights.
- Proactively engage prospects through phone calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach to introduce Commure's AI capabilities and generate interest.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with prospective customers in English, adapting your messaging to their role and level within the organization.
- Listen actively to understand prospects' business needs, operational challenges, and strategic interests to assess fit for Commure's solutions.
- Clearly communicate the value of Commure's products by translating complex AI and automation features into tangible outcomes for clinical and administrative workflows.
- Schedule qualified product demonstrations and sales meetings for Account Executives, aligning with their availability and the prospect's decision-making process.
- Follow up consistently with prospects who have expressed interest but are not yet ready to engage, nurturing relationships over time with relevant updates and insights.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all prospect interactions, follow ups, and meeting outcomes in the designated sales systems to support forecasting and pipeline analysis.
- Provide Account Executives with concise and relevant information about prospects before scheduled meetings, including key pain points and stated objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the US based Sales organization and the broader Sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities and alignment on next steps.
- Meet and work toward defined activity and performance targets, including the number of prospects contacted, qualified meetings booked, and sales opportunities generated each period.
- Continuously learn and develop a strong understanding of Commure's products, customer use cases, competitive landscape, and the broader sales process to refine your approach.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential for engaging with both technical and executive level stakeholders in healthcare.

- Ability to learn complex products and communicate their value in a simple, compelling, and accurate way to diverse audiences.
- Strong interest in building a long term career in Sales and Business Development within the technology or healthcare sectors.
- Comfortable working in a target driven and performance focused environment where metrics and outcomes are regularly reviewed.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects, outreach sequences, and follow ups without dropping the ball.
- Willingness to make outbound calls and engage in frequent customer conversations, including evenings or occasional adjusted hours to align with US time zones.
- Ability to work effectively with a US based Sales organization and adapt to a fast paced, iterative, and feedback driven workflow.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred as a baseline for understanding commercial fundamentals.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Customer Success, or Customer Service in a B2B environment.
- Direct experience with outbound calling, prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting activities.
- Familiarity with CRM or sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Outreach and comfort with learning new systems quickly.
- Understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes and how they apply to technology and software as a service offerings.
- Prior experience working with US based customers or stakeholders, including familiarity with US healthcare terminology and compliance expectations.
- Exposure to the healthcare, health tech, or medical software industry, including awareness of clinical documentation, revenue cycle management, and electronic health records.
Practical notes
This role is full time and based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The successful candidate will need to adjust their schedule to collaborate closely with a US based Sales organization, which may require working outside standard local hours to accommodate overlapping business windows. There may be occasional travel expectations within the region as determined by business needs, and any required international travel or visa arrangements will be handled in accordance with company policy. Employment is contingent on successful completion of any standard background checks and verification of educational credentials as part of the hiring process.
