Head of Talent
Job description
About the role
You own the end-to-end talent function for the AI Operating System team at Commure, responsible for translating the company mission into a repeatable hiring machine that delivers executives, engineers, and operators aligned with the pace of product deployment. You define what great looks like in hiring, from sourcing strategy to offer close, while building the processes and tools that scale as the company grows from hundreds to thousands of users of the platform. You will build and lead a global recruiting team that operates with the same speed and ownership as the engineering organization, holding high standards for both candidate experience and quality of hire. You partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership to turn business priorities into concrete hiring plans and pipeline targets, ensuring the talent function is never the bottleneck to delivering care transformation. This role requires a builder's instinct, a bias toward speed, and the judgment to know when to slow down and get it right, especially when the stakes are as high as patient outcomes and billions in claims. The gap between the people you hire and their immediate impact on patient care is immediate here, which makes the role both challenging and essential to the mission.
