Cognism is actively seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to spearhead initiatives that enhance the productivity and effectiveness of our revenue organization. In this capacity, you will own the design, execution, and optimization of programs that provide our sales teams with the strategic assets necessary to succeed in a competitive market. You will act as a central hub for knowledge, ensuring that critical product insights and sales best practices are distributed consistently across all levels of the sales force. This position requires a proactive mindset to identify performance bottlenecks and deploy targeted solutions that remove barriers to deal progression. You will collaborate closely with revenue leaders to align enablement initiatives with evolving business objectives and quarterly targets. What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive analyses of current sales performance data to pinpoint specific areas where enablement interventions will generate the highest return on investment.
Architect and deploy a structured onboarding curriculum for new sales hires that accelerates ramp-up time and ensures consistent adherence to the Cognism sales methodology.
Design and develop a diverse portfolio of training materials, including sales playbooks, battle cards, and e-learning modules, tailored to distinct buyer personas and sales stages.
Facilitate interactive workshops and hands-on coaching sessions that empower sales representatives to refine their techniques and overcome specific objections.
Establish a robust feedback loop with the marketing and product departments to ensure sales teams are equipped with the most current messaging, positioning, and feature updates.
Leverage CRM platforms to administer skills assessments, track individual progress through training programs, and correlate learning activities with downstream sales results.
Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository that is easily accessible, ensuring that sales professionals can quickly find the resources needed to support their outreach efforts.
Implement content management strategies using dedicated content creation tools to streamline the production and version control of sales assets.
Monitor key performance indicators related to sales productivity and training efficacy, adjusting programs in real-time based on observed outcomes and stakeholder input.
Champion a culture of continuous learning within the sales organization by promoting available resources and encouraging peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with senior sales leadership to identify high-potential individuals and create advanced development tracks for those preparing for expanded responsibilities.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment between go-to-market strategies and the enablement content delivered to the field.
Perform regular audits of existing sales materials to retire outdated information and refresh assets to maintain relevance and accuracy.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders seeking guidance on sales processes, training programs, or performance benchmarks.
Utilize data visualization and performance analytics to communicate the impact of enablement programs to leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
Requirements
Demonstrate a proven track record of success in a sales enablement or training role within a B2B environment, with a focus on SaaS or technology sectors.
Possess a deep and practical understanding of established sales methodologies, including consultative selling, Challenger Sale, or similar frameworks.
Show an ability to translate complex product information and technical specifications into clear, actionable sales guidance for non-technical audiences.
Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to coach large groups and engage senior-level executives effectively.
Bring hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage training workflows, document learning paths, and analyze sales results.
Have a history of working with distributed teams and remote stakeholders, understanding the nuances of enabling sales forces that are not co-located.
Show proficiency in project management, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
Commit to adhering strictly to the compliance and data security policies inherent in handling customer information and sales intelligence.
