As Manager, Solution Consulting, you will lead and develop a team of high-performing Solution Specialists and Consultants who act as strategic partners to AEs during pre-sales and Account Managers across post-sale engagements. You will own the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from initial discovery and scoping through to successful execution and continuous optimization. This role demands a balance of strategic vision and hands-on delivery to ensure our customers extract maximum value from the Cognism platform. You will translate complex customer requirements into clear, scalable solution designs that drive measurable business outcomes. Ultimately, you will be accountable for protecting revenue, accelerating adoption, and embedding a scalable methodology across the solution consulting function.

What you'll do
Lead and manage a team of Solution Consultants, providing coaching, development, and performance management to elevate the quality of solution delivery.
Champion structured discovery frameworks that align with Customer Decision Cycles and Joint Business Plans to ensure solution designs are robust from the outset.
Translate complex customer use cases and ICP definitions into scalable solution architectures that are fully understood and consistently implemented.
Embed clear standards for solution documentation and engagement handoffs to reduce downstream friction and protect commercial outcomes.
Drive measurable time-to-value for mid-market and enterprise accounts by removing configuration bottlenecks and workflow confusion.
Partner closely with Accounts Executives and Account Management to identify solution-driven risk signals and intervene before adoption gaps escalate.
Influence commercial strategy by providing insight into solution complexity, GTM maturity, and recurring use cases to Product and RevOps teams.
Support strategic accounts with executive-level solution shaping, ensuring alignment between technology capabilities and ambitious business objectives.
Build future leadership bench strength within the solution consulting team through targeted mentoring, stretch assignments, and skills development.
Feed operational feedback on workflow gaps and product improvements into RevOps to continuously enhance the GTM engine and customer experience.
Elevate the rigor of solution design by challenging existing approaches and introducing best practices that improve consistency and scalability.
Ensure territory models, segmentation logic, and GTM workflows are fully understood and correctly applied before implementation to prevent misalignment.
Shorten strategic time-to-value by driving clarity in configuration, use case prioritization, and workflow execution across customer engagements.
Act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and key customer contacts, balancing technical depth with commercial awareness.
Requirements
You must possess 3-5 years of experience as an individual contributor in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar consultative SaaS roles.
You must have a minimum of 2 years managing Solution Consultants, Sales Engineers, or similar technical customer-facing teams.
You must have experience operating in high-growth SaaS environments and understand the pressures of rapid scaling.
You must demonstrate strong GTM and Revenue Acumen, with a clear understanding of how B2B prospecting, segmentation, outbound workflows, and revenue operations interconnect.
You must be able to connect solution design directly to pipeline generation, retention, and expansion outcomes.
You must have a proven track record of protecting revenue by identifying solution-driven risk signals early in the engagement lifecycle.
You must be comfortable working cross-functionally with Accounts Executives, Account Management, Product, and RevOps to drive alignment.
You must have the ability to coach, inspect, and refine solution engagements while also stepping into high-impact or complex accounts when required.
