Sales Enablement Manager
Job description
About the role
You will be the primary enablement representative for the EMEA region, owning the end-to-end creation and adaptation of sales enablement assets. You will report directly to the Head of Sales Enablement and operate within the global Content & Learning pillar. This role requires you to build sales playbooks, training programs, and battlecards that reflect local buyer behavior and cultural nuances. You will translate global strategies into field-ready materials while providing feedback to ensure global content remains relevant regionally. You will independently manage your regional agenda and prioritize initiatives without direct supervision. This position demands comfort with ambiguity as you establish processes from scratch in a growing market. You will act as the central hub for EMEA enablement, coordinating across Marketing, Product Marketing, and sales leadership.
