Senior Sales Development Representative
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end creation of qualified sales opportunities for our Enterprise Account Managers by executing a high-volume, high-quality outbound motion. In this role, you will act as the primary scout for some of the world's largest enterprises that are adopting AI-driven development at scale, ensuring that only the most promising and relevant prospects reach our sales cycle. You will leverage a consultative approach to uncover complex pain points around developer productivity, platform governance, and AI integration, positioning Coder as the strategic enabler of secure and efficient software delivery. This position is critical to fueling growth in the enterprise segment by building a consistent pipeline of opportunities that allow our EAMs to succeed and expand within target accounts. You will operate with a high degree of ownership, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and customer success to refine messaging and align campaigns for maximum impact. The role demands resilience, intellectual curiosity, and a data-driven mindset as you manage a full-funnel workflow from first contact to qualified meeting booking. Because this is a hybrid position based in South Austin, you will commit to three days per week in the office to strengthen team cohesion and collaboration.
