Coder is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to spearhead regional marketing efforts aimed at developers. This position is centered on crafting engaging and technically rich experiences that resonate with the developer community. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, supporting sales initiatives, and generating a robust pipeline throughout North America.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies that align with both global objectives and specific North American priorities.
- Plan and manage a variety of events, including both virtual and in-person gatherings, such as platform engineering discussions, developer meetups, and enterprise-focused programs.
- Drive lead generation and meet pipeline goals through the implementation of strategic programs, ensuring clear communication and follow-up processes.
- Work in collaboration with global marketing teams to tailor campaign content and messaging specifically for North American audiences.
- Assist in the creation and execution of co-branded marketing campaigns and joint events with key partners, resellers, and channel collaborators.
- Partner closely with the sales team to develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for high-priority accounts, transforming target lists into meaningful conversations and pipeline opportunities.
- Coordinate the development of account-specific marketing materials, communications, and campaign touchpoints to bolster sales outreach and pipeline growth.
- Facilitate pre-event ABM activities, including the coordination of target accounts, personalized outreach efforts, and planning for follow-up actions.
- Maintain organization across various regional campaigns and events, managing timelines effectively to minimize disruptions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in field marketing, ideally within B2B technology sectors or organizations focused on developers.
- Proven track record in executing regional field marketing initiatives, including events, partner campaigns, and sales-aligned marketing strategies.
- Experience in supporting or implementing account-based marketing programs, encompassing target account planning and personalized campaign touchpoints.
- Strong project management capabilities, adept at handling timelines, vendor relationships, and contributions from multiple teams.
- Demonstrated experience in close collaboration with sales teams to meet pipeline objectives and address regional marketing needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout projects.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing programs concurrently while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or equivalent systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in marketing to developers, platform engineering teams, DevOps groups, or other technical audiences.
- Background in enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, open-source technologies, or developer tools.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, or ABM platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, or HockeyStack.
- Experience in supporting partner or channel marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with measuring field marketing effectiveness through metrics such as attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline, and sourced pipeline.
- Experience working with organizations that offer open-source products.
