• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and quality control protocols for design projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of design processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with established quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate with design teams to review project specifications and requirements, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards before submission.
• Create detailed documentation of quality control processes, including reports on findings, corrective actions, and recommendations for future projects.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on quality assurance practices and tools, promoting a culture of quality within the organization.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to address any quality-related issues that arise during the design phase, providing expert guidance and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the design or engineering sector.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies, including ISO standards.
• Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software, such as statistical analysis software and project management applications.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify potential quality issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting audits and inspections, with a track record of implementing effective corrective actions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Certification in Quality Management or Quality Assurance, such as ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar credentials.
