Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with small businesses or in a consulting role.
• Strong understanding of small business operations, including finance, marketing, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
