What you'll do
- Develop comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard tools, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and sequenced for optimal workflow.
- Collaborate with project managers to gather project requirements and define milestones, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any deviations from the schedule and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts and develop effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards related to project scheduling and management.
Nice to have
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar credentials.
- Experience with resource management and budgeting in project scheduling.

- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
