Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the infrastructure sector, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in the U.S. Virgin Islands is highly desirable.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
