What you'll do

• Lead the product development process by defining clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Cludo's overall business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for product enhancements.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer feedback, market demand, and business goals.
• data analytics to assess product performance and user engagement, making informed decisions to optimize product offerings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Facilitate regular product reviews and updates, gathering input from team members and stakeholders to refine product direction.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, with a track record of successfully launching products.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to enhance product performance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in conducting market research and user testing to inform product development and strategy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
