In-House Content Creator
Job description
About the role
You will lead the end-to-end creation of a new YouTube channel dedicated to nurses and caretakers across America, defining the vision and voice that establishes a trusted educational resource in the healthcare space. You will run a lean production operation, owning the strategy, scripting, and performance of both short-form and long-form video content released weekly. You will be on camera for 3 to 4 hours each week, hosting daily shorts and a weekly long-form show where your expertise and presence directly shape audience trust. You will set the editorial direction, deciding which topics deserve focus, which angles will resonate, and which subjects should be deliberately avoided. You will manage the full production workflow from initial concept through final delivery, coordinating with editors and designers to ensure timely, high-quality output. You will partner closely with the Head of Social to analyze performance metrics every two weeks, using data to refine topics, pacing, and presentation for continuous growth. You will distill complex healthcare and financial topics into clear, engaging scripts that feel practical and relatable for busy nurses. You will act as a mentor on screen, presenting as a confident and genuine guide that the audience can rely on for career and life advice.
