The serves as a strategic advisor embedded within the Product-Led Growth Go-To-Market organization, ensuring people practices directly support business outcomes. You will own the employee experience for your partners, navigating performance, development, and day-to-day challenges with a high degree of ownership and discretion. This role requires you to leverage cutting-edge AI tools not just as an assistant but as a core part of your daily workflow to drive efficiency and impact. You will be expected to build and deploy AI automations that remove repetitive work from your plate and the plates of the managers you support. The position is designed for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment and is comfortable making decisions with incomplete information while maintaining sound judgment. Ultimately, you will help shape the future of how our teams work and support others in adopting an AI-first mindset.

What you'll do
Partner with leaders across the PLGTM organization to provide timely, practical guidance on performance, team dynamics, and complex people decisions.
Support performance cycles including goal setting, ongoing feedback, annual reviews, and when necessary, performance improvement plans that are fair and consistent.
Partner with People team members on talent reviews, internal mobility discussions, and managing team transitions to ensure smooth continuity.
Triage and resolve employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment, escalating appropriately when situations require additional oversight.
Provide managers with clear guidance on sensitive people matters, ensuring they understand policies, risks, and next steps.
Coach managers through common leadership challenges such as delivering feedback, conducting difficult conversations, and resolving conflict in a constructive manner.
Track and manage employee cases and requests using ClickUp, maintaining accurate records and identifying trends that can inform process improvements.
Identify patterns in employee questions or issues and recommend improvements to people processes, policies, or tools to enhance the employee experience.
Support the rollout of people programs across the organization, ensuring adoption and gathering feedback for iterative improvements.
Work AI-first by defaulting to AI tools, including ClickUp Brain and AI Agents, for research, drafting, summarizing, and administrative processes instead of handling them manually.
Build and maintain AI agents and automations that take repetitive people work off the team's plate, allowing for higher-value focus.
Coach managers on how AI reshapes their teams, including role design, shifting skill expectations, and capacity planning for an AI-first organization.
Champion AI adoption across the PLGTM organization by modeling the behavior, sharing practical wins, and actively pulling others along on the journey.
Monitor emerging AI capabilities in the HR and productivity space and translate them into practical improvements for how we develop, support, and manage our people.
Drive operational excellence by ensuring core people processes run smoothly, consistently, and with a bias toward speed and clarity.
Requirements
You bring 2-4 years of experience in a People Business Partner, HRBP, or similar role that has exposed you to both employee relations and performance management.
You have experience supporting teams in high-growth or fast-paced environments where ambiguity is common and decisions must be made quickly.
You demonstrate a strong understanding of employee relations practices and performance management frameworks, including how to apply them in a scaling organization.
You communicate with clarity and empathy, adapting your style to suit different audiences, from individual contributors to senior leaders.
You exercise high judgment and discretion when handling sensitive issues, maintaining confidentiality and trust with all stakeholders.
You are organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day requests.
You have genuine enthusiasm for AI and hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work, showing that you can learn and apply new technologies quickly.
You have a bias toward automating your own workflows and a willingness to rethink how work gets done, always looking for opportunities to leverage technology.
Nice to have
Preferred experience in an AI-native environment or a company actively transforming its operations with AI tools.
Familiarity with building or configuring AI agents, automations, or workflows that improve team efficiency.
Experience coaching managers on how to integrate AI into their team's workflows and role design.
Practical notes
This role operates within a standard full-time schedule with expected availability during core business hours in the United States.
Travel is not expected for this position as the role is fully remote within the United States.
