The Staff Analyst, GTM Revenue position is a high-impact opportunity designed for an analytically rigorous operator who can move comfortably between deep quantitative analysis, proactive business partnership, and hands-on execution to directly influence revenue outcomes. What you'll do

Partner with GTM leaders to frame complex business questions, prioritize high-impact analysis, and translate intricate findings into practical, executable recommendations that influence revenue strategy.

Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reporting layers, and analytical workflows that provide stakeholders with clear, real-time visibility into performance across Sales, Customer Success, and related customer-facing motions.

Analyze pipeline health, customer segmentation, conversion patterns, retention metrics, and productivity trends to uncover opportunities for sustainable growth, improved efficiency, and better allocation of resources.

Develop robust forecasting models, scenario-planning frameworks, and decision-support tools that help leaders understand key performance drivers and make confident, data-backed decisions.

Utilize SQL and Python along with modern analytics tooling to extract, transform, and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple systems while ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.

Identify repetitive, manual workflows and high-friction areas within GTM operations, then design and help implement automation or AI-assisted analysis solutions that streamline day-to-day processes.

Collaborate closely with partners in Finance, Operations, Systems, and other customer-facing teams to align data definitions, reporting logic, and analytical models with evolving business needs and objectives.

Present insights in a concise, executive-ready manner, effectively tailoring the level of detail and communication style to suit both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

Own the end-to-end analytical process from problem definition and data exploration through insight generation, storytelling, and follow-up on implementation and impact measurement.

Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making by documenting methodologies, establishing clear standards, and enabling other teams to leverage analytics and AI tools independently.

Requirements

Bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in analytics, strategy & operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or a closely related role supporting go-to-market teams in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate advanced proficiency in both SQL and Python, showing strong judgment in selecting the right tool and approach for analysis, automation, and the development of scalable, production-grade reporting.

Show a proven track record of building dashboards, analytical models, and KPI frameworks that directly influence business decisions and drive measurable outcomes.

Have direct experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or comparable GTM functions within a SaaS or other fast-moving technology environment where agility is essential.

Exhibit strong business acumen, with the ability to connect data trends and analytical results to concrete customer, commercial, and operational outcomes.

Communicate effectively, with the ability to simplify complex analysis and concepts, and influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Operate reliably and independently in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work with speed, accuracy, and consistent follow-through.

Commit to adhering to ClickUp's policies, standards, and security practices, ensuring that all work aligns with the company's operational and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

Experience applying AI or machine learning techniques to business problems such as segmentation, prioritization, forecasting support, or workflow automation to generate actionable insights.

Familiarity with modern Business Intelligence and visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or similar tools to create intuitive and impactful data experiences.

Background working in a high-growth, multi-motion SaaS business where GTM teams require both strategic insight and rigorous operational discipline.

Comfort partnering with senior leaders to explore ambiguous, complex questions that demand a blend of analytical depth and sound business judgment.
