About the role
You own the planning and execution of platform initiatives that directly shape how CLEAR1 delivers predictable outcomes to partner and customer experiences. You drive stronger delivery predictability, clearer ownership, and higher quality across the product and engineering organizations. You translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional partners to build trust and alignment. You lead the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, system design, coding standards, and code review practices. You apply modern object-oriented languages, design patterns, and engineering best practices to build scalable, cloud-native applications. You spend part of every week on planning, prioritization, debugging, and mentoring, balancing hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities. You communicate technical decisions in plain language to align engineering, product, and business stakeholders effectively. You enable end-to-end ownership so that scalable distributed systems are delivered reliably across teams and disciplines.

Requirements
