About the role
In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of eight to ten Field Account Executives focused on driving ClassPass partner growth within the central region. You will fuel partner acquisition, optimization, upsell, and retention by empowering your team with smart strategy, personalized coaching, and effective sales tools. You will show up for your team and partners, traveling across your region approximately 25 percent of the time to support major conversations, close high-impact deals, and build real-world relationships. You will be the go-to expert in regional fitness and wellness, nurturing a network that helps unlock market potential and partner success. You will actively participate in sales conversations, joining partner meetings to guide negotiations and model strong engagement tactics. You will champion Salesforce and Salesloft data to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and ensure your team's pipeline is healthy and high-performing. You will collaborate with senior leadership to design and refine sales strategies that deliver against both partner and regional goals. You will keep an eye on ROI and budgets while making smart decisions that grow supply and elevate the ClassPass experience for partners and end users.

Travel across your assigned region roughly 25 percent of the time to support critical partner conversations, close high-impact deals, and strengthen real-world relationships.
Establish and maintain a deep, actionable understanding of the regional fitness and wellness landscape to position ClassPass as a market leader.
Participate directly in sales conversations and partner meetings to guide negotiations, address concerns, and demonstrate strong engagement tactics.
Leverage Salesforce and Salesloft data to generate insights, uncover opportunities, and maintain a healthy, high-performing pipeline.
Collaborate with senior leadership to design, test, and refine sales strategies that align with partner needs and regional objectives.
Monitor ROI and budget considerations, making thoughtful decisions that expand supply and improve the ClassPass experience.
Represent ClassPass with integrity and professionalism in all partner-facing interactions.
Act as a subject-matter expert for partners seeking guidance on membership models, inventory management, and growth initiatives.
Support the development of playbooks and training materials to elevate the team's effectiveness over time.
Identify and mitigate risks in the sales process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and partner agreements.
Champion a data-driven culture by coaching the team on interpreting performance metrics and adjusting tactics accordingly.
Serve as a key liaison between partners and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and accelerate decision-making.
Maintain accurate, timely, and insightful reporting in Salesforce to support forecasting and strategic reviews.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that enhance the partner experience and drive sustainable growth.
Requirements
Bring 3-5 years of experience in a people leadership role within the SMB and Mid-Market sales space, with a track record of developing talent and driving results in fast-paced, field-based environments. SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
Have 2+ years as a top-performing individual contributor in B2B sales, ideally within a marketplace or technology-driven business.
Demonstrate proven strength in negotiation, with an ability to turn complex conversations into collaborative solutions.
Show experience building and executing team-wide sales plans with clarity, agility, and measurable impact.
Exhibit an energizing leadership style that motivates teams across multiple verticals to remain accountable, inspired, and focused.
Display confidence in managing performance and supporting growth for both sales and account management roles.
Possess a data-savvy mindset with fluency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
Maintain deep familiarity with your local fitness and wellness landscape, or show a strong desire to immerse yourself in it.
Be based near a major metro airport, preferably near one of our target markets, with the flexibility to travel across your region up to 30 percent of the time.
Have the legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements for this position.
Be available to start within the next four weeks.

Practical notes
This role is full-time and requires travel up to 30 percent within the assigned region.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work visa sponsorship.
