Marketing Automation Manager
Job description
About the role
You will architect and oversee the deployment of automated marketing workflows that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention for ClassPass members globally. This role requires you to translate ambiguous business objectives into precise technical specifications that align with the Playlist and ClassPass product visions. You will be the primary systems architect for the MarTech stack, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our most critical marketing operations. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools to create scalable solutions that reduce manual overhead and unlock data-driven insights across the customer journey. Your work will ensure that every interaction a customer has with our platforms feels seamless, personalized, and intentional. You will partner closely with revenue, product, and engineering teams to iterate quickly and respond to evolving business needs without sacrificing reliability. Ultimately, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex marketing systems, from initial discovery through deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
