What you'll do

Implement data-driven behavioral assessments to identify target skills and areas requiring intervention.

Design and supervise customized behavior intervention plans that address the unique needs of each child.

Lead and instruct therapists through modeling, feedback, and structured training sessions.

Graph and interpret behavioral data using standard ABA procedures to track client progress accurately.

Conduct ongoing program evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.

Provide mentorship and direct support to therapy teams to enhance their clinical skills and confidence.

Facilitate communication between families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive care approach.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification and licensure are mandatory for consideration in this role.

Candidates must possess 2-4 years of hands-on experience in ABA instruction and program implementation.

A strong and comprehensive knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures is essential for success.

Applicants must demonstrate the proven ability to lead and instruct therapists effectively in a clinical setting.

You must be able to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

The salary range is clearly defined as competitive, with compensation between $90 and $110 per hour.
