This specific role exists to support the Presidents and Co-Heads of the Global Client Group. The appointed individual will be instrumental in formulating and implementing the strategic direction for the institutional and private wealth divisions. The position demands a combination of analytical rigor, organizational planning, and strategic oversight. The successful candidate will utilize experience in financial services to propel expansion and improve operational efficiency.
Position Summary and Strategic Contribution
The Senior Associate will act as a primary strategic partner to senior leadership. Daily responsibilities involve shaping the direction of global wealth platforms. The role requires steering critical initiatives from conception to completion. You will analyze market conditions and internal data to guide decision-making. Your work will directly influence the firm's growth trajectory in wealth management.
This position manages the lifecycle of key projects. You will map client portfolio data and associated risk factors to identify opportunities. Designing operational frameworks is essential to coordinate capital deployment teams across different regions. You will prepare strategic briefs that outline priorities for executive review. These documents will clarify the firm's wealth platform objectives.
You will organize and lead performance review sessions with investment committees. These meetings assess metrics and verify that strategies meet their targets. Another core duty involves aligning product offerings with specific client demands. This ensures that institutional client needs are met effectively. You will also develop pathways to expand our distribution network. Building these partner pathways enhances our service capabilities globally.

Required Qualifications and Experience
